It is not normal to have white stool. It can mean a number of things and you do need to schedule an appointment with your doctor.
It usually indicates a problem with the liver or gallbladder. Stool is brown because of the secretion of bile. If bile is not being normally produced, the stool turns white.
Antacids can cause this, some antibiotics and other medications, but since you have not taken any there seems to be a cause that requires a diagnosis from the doctor. If you have further questions, please contact me.
