Hello, do you still need help?

Constipation can be related to medication, dehydration or poor diet. The important thing is to avoid constipation before it starts so eating plenty of fruit, veg, fiber and drinking 8 glasses of water a day is essential.

Other lifestyle matters include being less sedentary and increase exercise.

Depending on when you last passed a motion then you may need either an oral laxative, enema or suppository.

What have you tried so far?
