Fatty infiltration of the pancreas is a common condition which happens with age, you can expect it above 50 years. It does not mean a disease condition. It is very commonly found in most people over 50. It can be increased with liver disease or alcohol abuse, but unless it happens because of these reasons and at a younger age, it is not a worrisome condition. At your age, this is just a part of the ageing process. You will not get any symptoms from this. Just be careful with your diet and your cholesterol levels so that it does not increase faster than your ageing.I hope this answer was helpful.
