why do my fingernails turn down

My fingernails turn down at the ends and I don't know why. Its like they are growing underneath my fingertip.

at the base it is the white moon shape, then pinkish red and the lighter pink
Have you any lung disease?
not that I know of I don't go to doctors much

As you can see--it's a rather extensive list, and some are quite serious; so I suggest you see a highly-reputed Internal Medicine doctor to get evaluated, to see which [if any] underlying dz may be causing your 'clubbing' condition.
