Numbness and tingling in feet can be due to Peripheral Neuropathy .Peripheral neuropathy is a term used to describe disorders of your peripheral nerves. Certain vitamin deficiencies, some medications and alcoholism are some factors which may cause peripheral nerve damage .
You can try to take some vitamin supplements including B1, B6, B12 and consult your doctor for further evaluation .Check this linkhttp://www.mayoclinic.com/health/peripheral-neuropathy/DS00131
