I am wanting to know if there are any ways to adjust my menstrual cycle.

Other than if you are already on the pill, the only other way is with a medication called norithisterone, but this needs to be started at least four days before your period is due. In this case you would need to see your doctor to get a script. If this isn't soon enough, the only other option is to go to your drug store and pick up some Insteads.
