Rh Negative blood type is not a disease and you need not avoid any specific food.

A man by the last name of D'Adamo has published a book citing theories that diet has to do with antigens that rule our bodies in reference to Rh factors. However, this theory has never been tested and it remains a theory - not proven at all.

Antigens related to the Rh factor are complete within the first few years of life.
