I believe you mean MRSA. MRSA stands for Methicillin Resistant Staph. Aureus. This is a form of Staph bacteria that is resistant to common antibiotics used to treat Staph infections. Bactrim should be a strong enough antibiotic to clear this up and if not, Rifampin may be added along with it for a stronger effect. I have added a link for more detailed information:
