Your clumpy watery white and yellow-colored discharge is called semen. Semen (ejaculate) is a sticky gel-like, creXXXXX XXXXX organic fluid that comes from the seminal vesicle and the prostate and it usually contains sperm, water, salt, vitamin D, protein (makes it clumpy), and fructose. It has a cellular part which consists of the sperm and occasionally contains leucocytes and epithelial cells (white and yellow-colored) and a non-cellular part which is the seminal plasma (watery).
Since it sounds like this is not your usual color and consistency of your semen, then I recommend that you be examined by a urologist. You might have a yeast infection.
