my blood pressure was 98 over 70 is this bad

I am worried that my blood pressure is to low i took it today and the systolic was 98 and the diastolic was 70 I was wondering if this is to low

This is a little low- normal blood pressure is 120/80, so especially the top number is XXXXX little low. There are many causes of low blood pressure
including heart failure, medications, advanced diabetes, fainting, just
to name a few. I would definately notify your doctor of this if you haven't already, and also keep checking it.
