You may have a urinary tract infection. The symptoms
are: urgency, frequency, fever, flank pain, burning with
urination, blood in the urine. In addition if you had said
freequent urination without the nighttime incontinence I would have
included diabetes as a possible cause. You should call your
doctor and arrange to drop off a specimen in the office. It can
be "dipped" with a dipstick to see if there is sign of infection.
They can give you a sterile container and towelette to collect a clean
specimen for culture to order the correct antibiotic. Don't
delay, it could spread to to kidneys (flank pain would be the sign) and
that can be a very serious infection.
