If you are congested take over the counter Sudafed and this should help. If you are not having fever/chills, bodyaches, or ear pain; you probably do not have an infection. Take the Sudafed for 4 days. This should relieve any sinus congestion you may have and might clear up the clicking sound. If this answer helps please hit the accept button to close the question. Thank you.
