Have you done a full blood work up? Most common reason is due to viral or bacterial infection. Some other causes can include; mono, mumps, ear infections, abscessed tooth, mouth infection, TB, STD.. etc... A full blood work may be able to help know what is going on. Also a possible ultra sound may be needed as well on the nodes to.

Thanks Lindie your answer does help
No, I haven't had a full blood work up done yet. Do you think I should?
I just get a little freaked out, since every time I look up on the web about swollen lymph nodes it always has something to do with HIV. Thats why I've just had one done.

First off, thank you for the accept and bonus.. I do think you should. There are so many things that can mimic something else. Reading on the net can cause stress that other wise doesn't need to. As you can see above, there are so many things that can cause just the nodes to be swollen etc.. So doing a full blood work up can give your doctor a clearer picture of what is going on. Do keep me posted as well via PM. (it's in the upper right hand corner of this site)
