Cold weather has an adverse effect on all diseases that affect mobility including parkinsonism. People with parkinsonism will find to more difficult to move around in the cold weather. A person would need to put on more clothes, use a blanket , or move out of the cold to avoid its side-effects if they are exposed to cold, since the chances of hypothermia would be higher in these people,
