My chest hurts really bad it feels like somebody punched me ...

Customer Question

My chest hurts really bad it feels like somebody punched me in it. It hurts when I try to stand up using my left arm or when I move my left arm. The spot is sore to touch and when I breath in, but my throat does not hurt when I breath in. I was born with VSD but it was corrected when I was 4 years old. I went to the doctor today and had an ultrasound done because I've been having stomach problems and found that I have gallstones and I also have GERD I'm not sure it that is related because everything I've read mentioned a burning sensation like heartburn and it doesn't feel like that it feels more like something or someone is sitting on my chest.
