You must consult with the surgeon who performed the surgery.  You should not be in such severe pain.  It should be lessening.

Your reply to Nurse Hope's answer is rude and uncalled for.  Do
you really expect anyone to pinpoint the cause of your post-surgical
problems from a brief (or even extensive) written description?  To
attempt to do so would have been irresponsible, and even dangerous,
were you to independently act on such guesses -- even educated guesses.

Your question never mentioned following up with your surgeon, so
mentioning it -- rather than assuming that you would do so -- was
necessary.  And if you are following up with your surgeon about
these problems -- why even post a question here?

Reasons for excessive post-operative pain can include (among other
things) Infection, medication problems, scar tissue/adhesions, or even
a surgical sponge or instrument being left behind (inside you).

Keep a detailed log of your pain and related sensations including where
the pains are, how they come on (sudden or gradually) what you were
doing when they occured and what makes them worse or better.  Take
this information to your next follow-up appointment.

Until then you might consider cutting down on strenous physical activity -- such as getting on your high horse...

Good Luck!

Steve

you are right i had to right to get smart, but i am so frustrated by this pain.yes i have followed up with the surgeon i dont think he thinks i am serious as to how bad the pain is.i mean at times i feel like i am going to pass out,and yet the pain gets more intense everyday not better.i do aplplogize for earlier

If your surgeon is not responding to your concerns then I would get a second opinion.  Doctors can make mistakes and misdiagnose.  Historically women in pain are more often undertreated or ignored by the medical community.  Sometimes we look "too good" when we go to the doctor's office.  Don't style your hair or wear make-up and dress down.  You may get an entirely different response.  Nurse Hope
