I have a Garmin S6 golf watch. I can no longer turn it on or charge it. BTW, I have many Garmin products (couple of Bike computer,s running watch)
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Did you get my question about the Garmin S6 golf watch not charging? Have not seen a response
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: OK, see it now, S6 golf watch, a couple of years old.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Plugged it in - tried to plug it into Garmin Connect site - dead as a doornail.
JA: Is there anything else the GPS Technician should be aware of?
Customer: No, it worked fine before it went dead
