Trying to update maps for Nuvvi 50LM. I put in a 16 gig

Customer Question

trying to update maps for Nuvvi 50LM. I put in a 16 gig microSD card per instructions secondary to not enough memory. I start the download but it does not recognize my card. Tried 3 different cards to no avail. Help.
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: Nuvvi 50 LN maybe 3 years old.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: looks like it is downloading then get message I need at least a 4 gig SD card even though I put one in.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Tried 3 different cards, checked formatting. Redid the whole process several different days
JA: Is there anything else the GPS Technician should be aware of?

2) What type of computer (window, mac, etc.) are you running this program on?

3) When "checked formatting" is mentioned, HOW was that done and what exact format did you see/find?
