when installing blue chart #010C191920 in a garmin echo map 74dv after i hit the promp to merge data the next screen said "file not found"
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I bought it new in feburary and just installed it today. I don't have the exact model number with me now.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: everything seemed to be going ok
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I brought the sd card home and put it in my computer to make sure it contained files
JA: Anything else you want the GPS expert to know before I connect you?

Ok, it should work straight out of the packet, however "File not found" indicates that the data file on the card is corrupt.
