le downloading the garmin app, I am trying to set up a Garmin vivosmart HR and getting nowhere fast.
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: it is a vivosmart HR purchased around 20th December 2016
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: when trying to connect it is saying the version of smart phone we have does not allow to connect
