I can not log in because I have changed my email address from***@******.*** to***@******.***
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: tom tom multi sport watch
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: i tried to log on to my sports connect and it says incorrect login. I asked for password ***** it said they didn't recognize my email.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried to register again but it asked me to download my sport connect again. Then went back to my old email.
JA: Anything else you want the GPS expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

You can only link one watch on your MySports account.

To link the watch to a different account you need to perform factory reset as instructed in the following link:
