My Garmin vivoactive is flashing the garmin logo and does not work
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Vivoactive hr and it's about 6 months old
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It just died. I tried resetting and tried recharging but no luck
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Held the left button down for 15-20 secs which usually works but not this time.
JA: Anything else you want the GPS expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. That's all.
