JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: THAT IS THE MODEL NO SHOWN ON THE BOX I PURCHASED IT IN 2015

Customer: I CONNECTED IT TO THE COMPUTER AND FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS IT SAID TO CONTACT YOU
