1) The STATUS of the device now, including the "battery condition" of the device? That is, does the device power up using ONLY the internal battery, and STAY ON for AT LEAST 15 minutes?
2) Do you have HIGH SPEED internet connection?
3) WHEN was the device last used SUCCESSFULLY?
