Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your device.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) How did the device get wet and how "wet" did it get?
That is - was it rained on, dropped in water for a few minutes, etc.?
2) Can you find the Serial Number of the device and send it back here to me? That serial number SHOULD be on the bottom of the unit, inside an outlined box (remove mounting bracket to view).
I only ask so I can see if a "factory repair" might be available for this particular unit.

OK - would that be condensation from being cold and brought into a "humid" area?
If that is the case, I would recommend giving it the "rice bag treatment" - where you put the device is a large zipper baggie filled with UNCOOKED rice - and let it sit for several hours at least (longer is better).
And if at all possible - try to avoid the conditions that caused the original condensation issue in the future. As you may know "moisture is not good for devices such as this".
