I was updating my Nuvi 40, there was a power outage, now I have no detailed maps. How can I reinstall the detailed
JA: What model of Nuvi are you using? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: 40, about 6 years old
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Got a message about a lost connection, so I started over to update
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Re-installimg, and finally figured I needed to see if the detailed maps wer in teh file, file appeas empty
