It's a clock question. Since DST went away, I cannot reset my VIVOFIT to standard time.
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: The box and manual say "vivofit." There seems to be no model number
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've pressed SYNC as instructed but time does not change. Time on my computer is 10:42; on my vivofit, 11:42.
JA: Anything else you want the gps expert to know before I connect you?
