The way you reset your Garmin Vivofit for a new time zone, or if its time setting is incorrect, is to
1. make sure Garmin Connect Mobile (the syncing app on your mobile device or smartphone or tablet) is up to date, then
2. hold down the device key on your Vivofit, until it says, SYNC.
And that should see to the time being set correctly. If it does not somehow, then please let me know, and I will continue to help and advise you, to a solution.
