Cannot get the device to show it connects to the computer.
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: nuvi 2595, got it today.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I registered the device.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Plug in and out, turned the device off then plug in again. Image show on device, 2 drivers shown in my computer.
JA: Anything else you want the gps expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'm frustrated but will remain calm.
