Has Garmin Express ever 'found' this particular Nuvi GPS, since it was first bought?
If not, then consider whether you have tried all USB ports available on your computer, to connect the Nuvi device to ?
OK. ( A reply of mine got lost somehow... let me type it in again...)
Then I suggest that, if you have gotten rid of the different GPS, that you
1. disconnect the new Nuvi
2. close the Garmin Express program window
3. uninstall Garmin Express from your computer
4. restart your computer
5. reinstall Garmin Express by download from this site:
and see whether that frees up the program to work with the new Nuvi device.
