JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: Via 220 quite old
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Bought some updates for maps in Australia, forgottne my pass word and cannot down load them
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
