My garmin is all in Chinese. I need it in English. How do I change it back?
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Garmin###-##-####10 perhaps--less than one year
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: A chinese friend changed but has gone back to China
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Hi there and welcome

You are best to do a reset to do this. I did not see your model but this is the procedure for most

tart with the device OFF and unplugged from power
Touch and hold the lower right corner of the screen with an index finger or the eraser end of a pencil
Continue touching and holding the lower right hand corner of the screen then power the device ON
Release the power button when the device powers ON
You will see a new message: "Do you really want to erase all user data?"
Remove your finger from the touch screen when this message displays
Touch Yes
If text language is not in English, this is the button on the right

Then it will take you through the setup which is in English
