1) The FULL Model Number of the device you are working with (is it the LMT model - with Lifetime Map updates)?
2) The AGE of the device?
3) What program (tool) was used to update the maps?
4) What maps does the device currently have installed (according to the Map Info or myMaps screen of the device)?
