I haven't used my golf buddy gps in two years. When I turned it on it was dead. I took it in to have the battery replaced and it was still dead. After checking everything they could not find the problem.

This can be an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the unit and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the buddy.
