Hello and sorry you're having problems. Please try pressing and holding the power button on the Golf buddy for 10 full seconds to see if it shuts off. This is a hard reset recommended by Golf Buddy for this unit.
First, just to make sure, this is a Golf Buddy GPS watch that you're referring to here correct?
