garmin sat nav is not showinga map of where i am going but still have voice direction
JA: What is the exact model of your Garmin? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: approx 18 months old not sure of model
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just went out in car no picture
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: went to halfords who suggested i contact yourselfs
JA: Anything else you want the GPS expert to know before I connect you?

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the unit and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the garmin.

your company has taken money out of my account without my authority i did not sign up to your monthly plan i only agreed to pay £3.00 for a initial talk

There are no more charges to do my instructions, I do see you made a duplicate quesiton, so I closed that and that you get refunded on I think thats the additional cost
