This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.
Remove the charger from the unit and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.
Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the garmin.

Regarding the actual problem you had, did you so the instructions I gave you?
There are no more charges to do my instructions, I do see you made a duplicate quesiton, so I closed that and that you get refunded on I think thats the additional cost
