I have lost my disc to install my roadmate software. I have a new computer. Is there a way to install it?
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: Its the Magellan Roadmate X13-12056 I am not sure how old it is.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had a place that I could send a message
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I plugged it into my computer and than realized I had not installed it into this new computer. I don't know where the disc is that came with it.
JA: Anything else you want the GPS expert to know before I connect you?
