Ok, what do you suggest

Has your phone ever properly connected to the Garmin Forerunner?

Also, whats the name brand and model of your phone?

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

The phone is a Blackberry PRIV

I removed the app and re-installed when the sync kept failing. Now I can't even get it to Pair. The phone pairs fine with other devices.

I use a MAC OS X Yosemite

Thank you.. Lets try a reset first

HOLD DOWN RUN/START & LAP BUTTON
2. HOLD POWER BUTTON, until you hear a BEEP
3. RELEASE THE POWER BUTTON
4. RELEASE RUN/START
5. RELEASE LAP If successful, the unit will restart and all information will be gone.

Let me know if it can pair after that?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
No change, still not able to pair
Expert:  Dustin replied 2 months ago.

Did it seem like the steps were working?

Did you hear the beep, and did you check the Garmin to see that its data was gone?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
This isn't working and is taking too long. Please refund my deposit and I'll figure something out myself.

I can understand your frustration, and I will include the refund link below.

With that being said, if you have dealt with this issue a long time please consider that tech support is a process, it can work. Though it does take time to drill down bit by bit through the issue dealing with the most likely causes till the problem is repaired. This is definitely something I can help you with if you do decide you want to continue.
