My Garmin has gone blank. it happened after i left the pool.

my Garmin has gone blank. it happened after i left the pool .
JA: OK. To minimize me, please click the down arrow at the top right corner of this box.
Customer: ok. Why do I want to minimize you?
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: It is a vivo3 and I have had it about 2 months.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing. It was working fine until yesterday after I left the pool. I have not used it since yesterday.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing other than pressing down on the tab I use to get it to sync.
JA: Anything else you want the GPS expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the garmin and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the unit.

First of all, the Vivo Fit does not have a charger. I held down the button that changes the modes and allows it to sync for 60 seconds and nothing happened.

For the Vivo Fit, you do hold the power for 60 seconds then release.

Nothing at all showed on the screen correct?
