Lets try a master reset first.
The device will now reset. Follow the on-screen prompts and then place your device in an area with a clear view of the sky until it acquires satellites.
Once thats complete, then we need to go to tools, settings, maps / mymap , map info.. Do we see any maps listed here? If so, put a check next to each map.. Then, you should no longer get the error.
