I have the garmin 655t went to turn it on with fully charged battery comes on then goes off can't get it to work I've taken the battery out and tried different one from my other 655t still goes off can you help me

My apologies that no one responded to you sooner. If you still need help with this issue, lets try to master reset the device. This may get it working.. Heres how

To perform the master reset:

  1. Power the device off
  2. Press and hold your finger on the upper left side of the display
  3. Power the device on while still maintaining pressure on the display
  4. Release the power button once the Rino powers on
  5. Touch Yes on the Do you really want to erase all user data? message

The Rino 610, 650, or 655t is now reset. You will want to leave the device outside with a clear view of the sky for a minimum of 20 minutes to acquire satellite data.

*User data consists of waypoints, contacts, routes, tracks, and geocaches

If you dont see the "erase all user data question" then repeat the above steps again starting with the device off.
