Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your device.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) WHEN was the device last used SUCCESSFULLY?

2) The AGE of the device?

Who do I call to cancel this order
Expert:  Greg A. replied 2 months ago.

Again,

You should have a "My Account" link on your side of this system, where YOU can manage all aspects of your account.

There should even be "contact us" links on that account page.
