OK - so may I ask IF and WHEN you have attempted a map update of the device recently?

I did not have any updates because the device is too new. I used the device yesterday 9.8.16 with no problem

Can you take a look at the myMaps screen, and tell me EXACTLY what you see there (including ALL icons and text)?

To get to that screen, start at the MAIN screen, the touch Settings, then Map & Vehicle, then myMaps. - in that sequence.
