I see your phone call request, but my phone is in use right now.
I'm not sure how long it will be until I can use the phone, so we can use this method until then.
So WHEN does the "no maps" show up on your device?

Can you take a look at the myMaps screen, and tell me EXACTLY what you see there (including ALL icons and text)?
To get to that screen, start at the MAIN screen, the touch Settings, then Map & Vehicle, then myMaps. - in that sequence.
If you would like to "give up", that is your choice.
