Hi. My Magellan RoadMate has completely shut down. Is repair available?
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: I'm not sure of the model or the purchase date but the P/N is(###) ###-####001 3011 and the serial number is *****
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It would shut down but then recover then shut down again and I tried holding the on switch for 20 seconds which worked for a while but then it finally shut down and the on stitch will not turn it back on no matter how long I hold it on
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None because I don't know any. Can you help with that?
JA: Anything else you want the GPS expert to know before I connect you?
