My Garmin Nuvi3590LM no longer performs "Find Address"

My Garmin Nuvi3590LM no longer performs "Find Address" either by voice or typed text. The reponse is "This feature not available in United States in American English." It still performs "Recently Found" without issues. I've Reset all the functions to original factory settings twice. Problem continues. I'm leaving in a few hours for a long trip to the Ozarks and I really need this to be fully operational. Please advise

1) WHEN was the last time this device was used SUCCESSFULLY?

2) The AGE of the device?

3) WHEN this issue first began?

4) Has ANYTHING happened to the device between the time it last worked and now, such as a software or hardware update?
