This is an online support service, so we can't physically repair it for you, but I can provide you with the necessary information and steps to get it replaced through magellan. They do not provide any type of repair service - in general gps devices like this are considered not to be repairable, they end up costing more to service than to replace.
There are some 3rd party repair options you could consider though that may be viable if this is just a bad switch.
