JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: since I tried to sync it about 2 weeks ago when my battery wont hold a charge for a full round
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: nothing as yet
JA: The GPS expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?

An emergency reboot should fix the issue. Here is how.

Emergency Booting (Platinum)

You can run the emergency booting when the program did not operate well after upgrade or program errors occur.

  • Step 1 : Remove your USB cable if connected.
  • Step 2 : Push the Power button for 5 seconds to turn off forcibly.
  • Step 3 : There are two ways to run emergency booting as belows.
    ⇒ Like Fig. 1, push Menu button and Power button at the same time.
    ⇒ Like Fig. 2, connect USB Cable while pushing Menu button.
