Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your device.
May I ask:
1) how long have you had the device (hours, days, etc.)?
2) Have you charged the device for a while and then powered it up - to allow it to find and lock on the satellite signals?
3) What "information" are you trying to load onto the device?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved?
I only ask because these units are supposed to come with a 30-day "trial" of the pre-loaded courses, after which you can sign up for a membership.
