Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any issue you are having with your device.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) When was the device last used SUCCESSFULLY?
2) WHEN did this issue first begin?
3) When does this message appear (immediately on power up, when trying to find an address, etc.)?
This is the first response I have seen, but perhaps you sent a reply via email? If so, that does not get forwarded to this page so I could see it.
In any case, I'm glad you got the device working properly.
