May I ask:
1) Have you tried to use Garmin Express (on your computer) for updating the device software & maps yet?
2) How old is the Updater program you are currently using?
3) WHEN did you last try to run the update program?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved?
